The challenge

One specific challenge Horeko faced was the need for more technical expertise in the area of CRM and the HubSpot platform. It was becoming increasingly difficult to focus on the technical aspects of HubSpot alongside other marketing tasks. The lack of time and technical expertise in this area hindered the effective execution of the marketing strategy. “When I went on maternity leave, a temporary replacement was needed and cooperation with Patrick from Marketing Guys was introducedsaid Rachelle Groenemeijer, Team Lead Marketing at Horeko. 

The goal

Accommodating maternity leave of a tenured employee while bringing in additional HubSpot technical knowledge to give regular employees more time for marketing strategy and other day-to-day activities. 

The approach

The cooperation between Horeko and Marketing Guys started with a brief audit, during which it quickly became apparent that there was a good match between Patrick from Marketing Guys and Horeko. The fact that Patrick could work internally at Horeko made the cooperation particularly efficient. It allowed the colleagues at Horeko to easily communicate, ask questions, and handle and resolve issues directly.
